Condor Ferries has cancelled some of its weekend St Malo sailings because of stormy weather due to hit the French port.

It says the predicted winds of up to 30mph are outside the safe berthing limits for its high-speed services.

On Saturday 12 January the 09:05 Jersey-St Malo, the 18:15 St Malo-Jersey and the 19:30 return back to St Malo will all be cancelled.

On Sunday, the 18:30 departure from St Malo and the 19:35 return from St Helier are also cancelled.

Condor says it is notifying passengers to offer alternative sailings where space is available.

All customers affected are being offered free transfers or a full refund.
